(A) No person shall drive a vehicle on any street within the corporate limits of the city at a speed greater than is reasonable or prudent under the conditions then existing, including, among other things, the condition of the vehicle, roadway, weather, visibility, amount of traffic, presence of pedestrians and any obstruction of view.
(B) No person shall drive any vehicle upon a street at a speed greater than will permit him or her to bring it to a stop within the assured clear distance ahead.
(C) No person shall drive any vehicle, except an authorized emergency vehicle, as provided in this chapter, at a speed greater than:
(1) Twenty mph on any street adjacent to any school, or in any school zone, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on days when school is in session; and
(2) The speed limit for Fox Lane specifically shall be as follows, to-wit:
(a) 45 mph between County Line Road and State Highway #76;
(b) 55 mph between State Highway #76 and State Highway #62 (a.k.a. Highway 130);
(c) 35 mph east of State Highway #62, except for the designated school zone area during the times specified in division (C)(1) during which time the speed limit shall be 20 mph.
(3) Twenty-five mph on other streets, streets adjacent to schools at other times than that specified immediately above, and designated areas of county line roads, unless otherwise posted; and
(4) Thirty-five mph on the streets which are also designated as county line roads, except as may be otherwise established herein below:
