§ 72.08  PASSENGER ZONES; LOADING ZONES.
   (A)   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall have authority to determine the location of passenger zones and loading zones and shall erect and maintain or cause to be maintained appropriate signs indicating them.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand, or park that vehicle for a period of time longer than is necessary for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers in any place marked as a passenger zone.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand, or park that vehicle for a period of time longer than is necessary for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers, or for the unloading and delivery or pickup and loading of materials, in any place marked as a loading zone.
