(a) No more than one classification of sexually oriented business can be operated in any one permitted premises.
(b) No person shall cause or permit the establishment of any sexually oriented businesses, as defined under this chapter, except within any Industrial District or PUD, Planned Unit Development District as defined in Chapter 1272 and Section 1278.06 of the Zoning Code. Any zoning requirements imposed by the City are independent of and in addition to the requirements of this chapter. Further, no permitted premises of a sexually oriented business may be located within 1,000 feet of the permitted premises of another such sexually oriented business; or within 500 feet of the grounds of any school, library, public park or recreation area, church or church grounds, or within 400 feet of any residential district; or within 750 feet of the right-of-way of any divided, limited access highway.
