All property designated as parks and/or fields, which are owned, controlled or in the custody of the Municipality, dusk to dawn:
No person without privilege shall enter or remain on such property during such hours without proper authorization.
From time to time, lighting may be added to certain areas of parks, such as tennis courts, that would permit the use of such area after dusk. Such area would be so designated with proper signage that states specific hours of operation.
