§ 37.10 PARK GIFT FUND.
   (A)   The Town Council allows donations or gifts for improvements approved by the Park Board.
   (B)   The monetary donations received are appropriated for a specific project approved by the Park Board.
   (C)   A Park Gift Fund shall be established for the purposes specified in this section and in accordance with I.C. 36-10-3-18.
