§ 34.01 CONTRACTS WITH VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS.
   (A)   The Town Council may contract with Volunteer Fire Departments for fire protection for the town.
   (B)   The Town Council may contract with Volunteer Fire Departments for fire protection by interlocal agreements with other governmental entities pursuant to relevant state statutes.
