WHEREAS, the town has received a Letter of Compliance from the Subdivider and responsible contractor representing that the following improvements, installations and lot improvements (the “Improvements”) have been constructed and installed in the subdivision known as _______________________________(the “Subdivision”) in compliance with all requirements, standards and specifications of the Town of New Carlisle Subdivision Control Ordinance (the “Subdivision Control Ordinance”) and other applicable Ordinances of the Town (Check all items to be covered by this Letter):
