APPENDIX H: COMPLETION LETTER

   This Completion Letter (the “Letter”) is hereby presented by the Town of New Carlisle, St. Joseph County, Indiana (the “town”) to                                             , (the “Principal”) this _________day of____________,_______.

   WHEREAS, the town has received a Letter of Compliance from the Subdivider and responsible contractor representing that the following improvements, installations and lot improvements (the “Improvements”) have been constructed and installed in the subdivision known as _______________________________(the “Subdivision”) in compliance with all requirements, standards and specifications of the Town of New Carlisle Subdivision Control Ordinance (the “Subdivision Control Ordinance”) and other applicable Ordinances of the Town (Check all items to be covered by this Letter):

	curbs		sanitary sewer
	storm drainage		water system
	street topcoat		street signs
	sidewalks		monumentation
	lot drainage		soil preservation
	erosion control		fencing
	debris and waste removal		final grading and lawn preparation
			electric system

   NOW, THEREFORE, the Town accepts the Improvements for maintenance subject to the posting of a Maintenance Bond for the Improvements by the Principal as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance.
