(A) The subdivider shall take all actions necessary to extend or create an electrical distribution system capable of providing efficient voltage for the development.
(B) The electrical distribution system shall be located within street or alley rights-of-way or in perpetual unobstructed easements.
(C) Electric capacity allocations shall be approved by the Public Works Director.
(D) The location of all electric poles, transformers, pedestals, and other electric supply equipment shall be shown on the primary plat and the cost of installing all electric supply improvements shall be included in the performance bond furnished by the subdivider.
(E) The electric distribution system shall be designed and installed in accordance to the current National Electrical Code.
(F) All electric easements, which are to be dedicated to the town on the secondary plat, shall use the following language: “All electric easements shown on this plat are to be dedicated to the Town of New Carlisle, Indiana.”
