Determinations of the Area Plan Commission relating to this chapter, including determinations of appeals from the Plat Committee and determinations of vacations of plats or parts of plats, may be reviewed by certiorari procedure. The appeal shall be filed within 30 days of the date of the decision upon which the grievance is based.
