§ 151.043 APPEALS FROM DETERMINATIONS OF THE PLAT COMMITTEE.
   Determinations of the Plat Committee regarding the approval or disapproval of a plat or replat may be appealed by an applicant or other interested party to the Area Plan Commission. A notice of such appeal shall be filed with the Area Plan Commission within 10 days after the action of the Plat Committee.
