§ 151.042 TOWN COUNCIL AUTHORITY TO HEAR VACATIONS OF PUBLIC WAY OR PLACE AND PLATTED EASEMENTS.
   The authority to hold hearings on the vacation of: public ways or places; or platted easements, within the corporate limits of the town is reserved to the Town Council.
