§ 151.040 PLAT COMMITTEE AUTHORITY TO HEAR PLATS AND REPLATS.
   The Plat Committee of the Area Plan Commission for the county is hereby designated as the Plat Committee for the town. The authority to hold hearing on and approve plats and replats is hereby delegated to the Plat Committee.
