   Throughout the various subchapters of this chapter, reference is made to other regulations of the Town of New Carlisle, and each such regulation is hereby incorporated by this referenced into this chapter. Two copies of each such regulation of the town are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the town and are available for public inspection.
