§ 151.007 JURISDICTION.
   Upon adoption of this chapter by the Town Council and the effective date of this chapter, the Area Plan Commission shall have exclusive control over the approval of plats, replats, and the vacation of plats or parts of plats involving all real property located within the corporate boundaries of the town.
