§ 150.009 FEES.

   (A)   Location of fees. Fees for the Code are contained in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Permit fees, generally. Permit fees apply to all new construction and all repairs and remodeling except tax funded entities are exempt from permit fees.

      (1)   Tax funded entities are:

         (a)   Town of New Carlisle;

         (b)   Olive Township Trustee;

         (c)   New Carlisle - Olive Township Library; and

         (d)   New Prairie United School Corporation.

      (2)   The tax funded entities must still obtain permits.

      (3)   No refunds shall be allowed for permits already issued and for which monies have been collected.

      (4)   Temporary service: fee as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
