§ 110.43 USE OF STREETS BY TRANSIENT MERCHANTS AND SOLICITORS.
   (A)   No transient merchant or solicitor, nor any person on his or her behalf, shall have any exclusive right to any location in the public streets nor shall any be permitted to a stationary location, nor shall any be permitted to operate in any congested area where the operations may impede or inconvenience the public.
   (B)   For the purpose of this subchapter, the judgment of the Town Marshal, exercised in good faith, shall be deemed conclusive as to whether the area is congested or the public impeded or inconvenienced.
   (C)   No transient merchant or solicitor shall conduct business or solicit without first obtaining a permit according to this subchapter.
   (D)   No transient merchant or solicitor shall remain on premises from which he or she has been requested or told to vacate.
