§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 110.21 or 110.22 or any other provisions of §§ 110.20 through 110.29 or who refuses to comply with any lawful order, rules or regulations of the Health Officer, as provided in §§ 110.20 through 110.29, shall, upon conviction, be punished as set forth in § 10.99(B). Each day of operation in violation of the provisions of §§ 110.20 through 110.29 shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.

   (C)   Violations of §§ 110.40 through 110.44 shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99(B). Additionally, any transient merchant or solicitor who has failed to obtain a permit and continues to engage in the activity in question may be denied a permit.
