§ 110.42 PERMIT APPLICATION PROCEDURE.
   (A)   All transient merchants or solicitors desiring to do business within the corporate limits of the town shall file a verified application for licensing for that purpose with the Clerk-Treasurer of the town at least 7 days prior to beginning business; provided, however, that the Clerk-Treasurer has discretion to allow applications filed less than 7 days prior to the start of business.
   (B)   All applications shall state the following:
      (1)   The name(s) of the persons, firms, limited liability companies, corporations, and any principals and agents;
      (2)   The permanent or mobile building, structure, or real estate which is intended to be used; alternatively if door to door or street to street canvassing is to be used, this shall be indicated; and
      (3)   The length of time the license is needed for.
   (C)   All applicants shall submit a certified check or money order as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
   (D)   Each license shall only be good for 30 days; provided, however, that one 30-day extension shall be allowed.
