§ 110.06 USER FEES FOR FINGERPRINTING CARDS AND CRIMINAL HISTORY BACKGROUND CHECKS.
   (A)   The user fee per fingerprint card shall be as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
   (B)   The user fee for criminal history checks shall be as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
   (C)   Any and all monies shall be deposited in the Continuing Education Fund by the town’s Fiscal Officer.
   (D)   Monies shall be expended by appropriation by the Town Marshal with approval by the Town Council.
