(A) The Town Council has determined that the district has provided the town curbside recycling fees at a reasonable cost to the residents of the town.
(B) The reasonable fees shall be as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98 per month, per home, to be billed twice yearly by an outside company. Senior citizens that have requested the discount shall be charged per month per home, as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
