(A) Charges for town collection of refuse, garbage, and trash shall be billed individually. All bills shall be due and payable within 15 days from the date of receipt.
(B) Bills unpaid 15 days following date of billing shall include a collection charge as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
(C) Monies collected shall be placed in the Refuse Removal Fund. Monies to be paid out will include contractor’s fee for refuse removal, partial salaries of Clerk-Treasurer and Billing Clerk, and also any office supplies necessary in the issuance and collection of refuse removal bill.
