§ 92.18 RECORD OF INSTALLATION.
   (A)   Every person installing liquified petroleum gas equipment, other than gas-burning appliances and replacing of portable cylinders, in the town, shall keep a record of each installation, showing the name and address of the customer at whose place the liquified petroleum gas equipment has been installed and the date of the installation.
   (B)   Records shall be maintained and made available to the Fire Chief at any time, upon his or her request during regular business hours.
