§ 92.17 PERMITS REQUIRED.
   (A)   Every person installing liquified petroleum gas equipment, other than gas-burning appliances and replacing of portable cylinders, for industrial or commercial use, shall first obtain a permit from the Fire Chief of the Fire Department before proceeding with the installation.
   (B)   No fee shall be charged for the permit.
   (C)   No bulk plants shall be established within the town unless the proposed installation has first been inspected and approved and a permit issued by the Fire Chief and the owner or owners thereof have complied with all of the town ordinances, state laws, and all orders, rules, or regulations issued by authority thereof.
