Each excavation permit issued, shall require payment of a fee. This fee shall reimburse the town for the expense of permit review, inspection of trenches, and issuance of certification of completion. The permit fee shall be charged in accordance with the following table.
(A) Utility repairs, services, extensions.
(1) New or replacement services.
