§ 91.25 COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS REQUIRED.
   No excavation shall be made in the public rights-of-way of any street or alley or in any easement in the town, by any person, firm, partnership, or corporation until and unless they have complied with the terms and provisions of this subchapter.
