§ 91.16 TAMPERING WITH GRADE STAKES ON SIDEWALKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person or persons to tamper with or in any way interfere with any grade stake for any sidewalk or to deface or disturb any walk while in process of construction, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined according to the penalty provided for in this chapter.
