§ 90.54 FOUNDATION REQUIREMENTS.
   All foundations for monuments and other permanent memorials must be constructed in accordance with Appendix A of this chapter. All monument foundations to be installed level and onto compacted sub-base. Monument parts shall be sealed together and to foundation with monument setting compound or equal. Construction of foundations for same must be brought before the Board for permission to be granted. Design of foundation for monument to be determined by the Board upon consent of same. An inspection fee as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98 shall be paid to the Cemetery General Fund. Seventy-five percent of this fee shall be paid to the Town Building Inspector in January after the fees have been collected. The remaining fee, if any, shall be retained in the Cemetery General Fund.
