§ 90.53 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No interments in any grave shall be permitted without applications therefor made at least 24 hours before the hour fixed for interment. No burial will be allowed without first securing from the Clerk-Treasurer a permit to make the same. No disinterment or removal shall be allowed without the permit from the Clerk-Treasurer. Applications for permits shall be made in writing by the owner or owners; if more than 1 owner, joint or in common, then the application is to be granted or withheld as and upon the same terms as provided by § 90.46 of this subchapter concerning monuments, and all other questions of use or occupancy of the lots shall be determined in the same manner. The designee appointed by the Cemetery Board shall identify the exact location of the grave site for all interments and/or disinterments.
