SCHEDULE I. NO PARKING AREAS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to park any vehicle in an area designated by traffic parking signs as a “no parking area.”
   (B)   The parking area behind the New Carlisle Fire Station shall be designated “New Carlisle Fire Department and Community Ambulance Personnel Only.”
      (1)   This area shall be used for Fire Department and ambulance business only.
      (2)   This area shall be designated by proper “No Parking” signs.
      (3)   All unauthorized vehicles shall be towed at owner’s expense.

   (C)   (1)   The north 1/2 of the 100 block of South Arch Street (west side) shall be designated parking area. The first parking space to the north of the alley on the west side of Arch Street shall be a designated disabled parking stall only. This area shall be marked with proper signs and painted to so designate the disabled parking only.
      (2)   Parking along the west side of the south 100 block of Arch Street shall be as follows: the first 15 feet commencing at the corner of Michigan and Arch Street shall be a “no parking” zone. The next 25 feet shall be a “loading zone.” The next 27 feet (to the alley) shall be “handicap parking.” All parking areas, no parking areas, and handicap areas shall be designated by appropriate paint, markings, and signage.

      (3)   Parking along the west side on the north 100 block of Arch Street shall be as follows: the first 20 feet commencing south from the back of sidewalk on the corner of Front and Arch Street shall be a “no parking” zone. The next 40 feet shall be “handicap parking.” All parking areas, no parking areas and handicap areas shall be designated by appropriate paint, markings, and signage.
      (4)   Any vehicle parking in the disabled parking stall without the proper identification shall be fined as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
      (5)   This division is added to the Ordinance Violations Bureau, addressed in § 35.99.

   (D)   The parking of any type of motor vehicle is prohibited on the east side of Bray Street, commencing at the corner of Bray and Front Street for an area of 20 feet from that corner extending in a northerly direction. Any person violating the provisions of this division may be fined as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.

   (E)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to park any vehicle on the west side only of Thunderbird Lane from Michigan Street to the juncture of Potowatomi Drive and Thunderbird Lane. “No parking” signs shall be removed from the east side only and the yellow curbing shall be painted white.

   (F)   The parking of any type of motor vehicle is prohibited on the north side of Chestnut Street, commencing at the corner of Arch Street and Chestnut Street extending to the corner of Filbert Street and Chestnut Street. “No parking” signs shall be posted on the north side of this portion of Chestnut Street.

   (G)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to park any vehicle on the east side of Bray Street from Ben Street to Dunn Road. Any vehicle parking in the no parking zone shall be ticketed and fined as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98. This section of Bray Street shall be marked with signs and painted curbs to so designate the no parking status. This division is added to the Ordinance Violations Bureau, addressed in § 35.99.

   (H)   No parking shall be allowed on the north side of Zigler Street from the west end of Zigler Street proceeding 50 feet due east. Any vehicle parking in the no parking zone shall be fined as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.

   (I)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to park any type of motor vehicle on the east side of the 100 block of North Filbert Street, between Front Street and Michigan Street, and on the east side of the 100 block of South Filbert, between Michigan Street and Chestnut Street. Any vehicle parking in the no parking zone shall be ticketed and fined as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
