SCHEDULE V. SPEED LIMITS.
   (A)   The speed limit going north and south on South Race Street from U.S. 20 to Dunn Road shall be 25 mph.
   (B)   The speed limit going north and south on South Harris Street shall be posted at 20 mph. Any person violating the provisions of this division may be fined as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.

   (C)   All speed limits within the town shall be 25 mph unless posted differently.
