§ 72.04 SIDEWALK AND ALLEY PARKING; NO PARKING ZONES.
   (A)   Sidewalk parking. All parking or obstructing of any kind is prohibited on any sidewalk or crosswalk in any part of the town.
   (B)   Alley parking. Vehicles parked in alleys must be parked so that persons using the alleys will not be endangered in any way.
   (C)   Parking areas. Vehicles must be parked so as not to interfere with traffic. Double parking is a violation of state law.
   (D)   Official time standard. Whenever certain hours are named herein, that shall mean and refer to the official time as may be in current use in the town at the time when any alleged offense occurs.
   (E)   No parking zone.
      (1)   A dead-end is defined as any street that ends without a cul-de-sac, which is less than 60 feet long between the end of the road and the next driveway or cross-road.
      (2)   A dead-end portion of any road is designated a no parking zone.
      (3)   Notwithstanding the foregoing, vehicles may park within 60 feet of the end of a road as long as there is a driveway or cross-road between the parked car and the end of the road.
