(A) No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the direction of a police officer or traffic-control device at any place where official signs prohibit stopping, standing, or parking.
(B) No person shall park or stop a vehicle within 15 feet of a fire hydrant in either direction.
