Whenever the Town Council finds that a permittee has engaged in conduct which justifies revocation of its permit, pursuant to this code, the town shall serve or cause to be served upon the permittee a written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, stating the nature of the alleged violation. Within 15 days of the date of receipt of the notice, the permittee shall respond in writing to the Town Council advising of its position with respect to the allegations. Thereafter the parties shall meet within 15 days to establish a plan for the satisfactory correction of all confirmed violations.
