(A) Incident report fees.
(1) Duplication of police, case, or other reports including accident reports, prepared by the Marshal’s Department, shall be charged pursuant to the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
(2) Fees collected for such service can and shall be deposited in the Continuing Education Fund and appropriated by the Town Marshal.

(B) User fee for photocopies.
(1) The fee shall be pursuant to the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.

(2) Town employees shall not be charged this fee if the purpose of the photocopies are to be used within their scope of work (employee personnel files, health insurance, and the like).
