(A)   A discharger shall provide a plan of protection from accidental discharge of prohibited or regulated substances listed herein. Each protection plan is subject to the approval of the Town Council.
   (B)   Dischargers shall notify the town immediately upon the occurrence of a “slug” or accidental discharge of substances prohibited by this subchapter. The notification shall include location of discharge, date and time of occurrence, type of waste, concentration and volume, and corrective actions. Immediate notification may be verbal, followed by a written verification within 5 days of the incident.
