§ 52.27 MANAGEMENT AGENCY FOR AN AREA-WIDE WATER TREATMENT.
   (A)   The Town Council shall be the management agency for storm water runoff, construction activities, residual waste activities, and municipal wastewater treatment facilities.
   (B)   The Council shall assume all of its required responsibility in its area of jurisdiction as contained in the MACOG Water Quality Management Plan.
