719.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor if the offender has not been previously convicted of a violation of this chapter. If previously convicted of a violation, such person, firm, business entity or corporation shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor. (Ord. 1985-7. Passed 1-22-85.)
