719.05 AGE RESTRICTIONS.

No person under the age of eighteen years shall be permitted to operate or play any device licensed hereunder, and any device so permitted to be operated shall be subject to seizure by any law enforcement officer of the Village and the revocation of the license for the operation of such device.
