The term "pin ball" or "mechanical device" used for play in this ordinance shall mean coin-operated bowling machines, coin-operated pool tables, as well as any device operated by hand or foot putting into operation or motion a ball or mechanism where figures, numbers or letters change on each pull or push of a handle, knob, arm, pluggers or button and used for entertainment of patrons by the depositing of a coin therein or a charge made to play the same.
