710.03 PERMIT TERM.

The Mayor may upon the application of the owner or operator or proprietor, and payment of the above-mentioned fee, issue a permit for the operation of any bowling alley and such application shall be in effect for a period of one year commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31 of the year in which the permit is issued.
