Every person, society, club, firm or corporation to whom a license is granted shall pay an annual fee therefor in the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each and every bowling alley for which a permit is issued. The maximum permit fee per establishment shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
