707.05 AUTHORITY TO USE SYSTEM.

The Chief of Police shall be given the authority to determine which persons or firms are entitled to the privilege of use of such system, such determination to be made in good faith and with reasonable applications. (Ord. 1972-13. Passed 4-4-72.)
