137.01 RECORD CLEARANCE REPORT.

Any person, firm or corporation licensed by this Village, shall obtain from the Police Department a Record Clearance Report on forms to be provided by the Police Department for the purpose of complying with applicable statutes of the State in determining the legality of possession of firearms and other dangerous ordinances by certain persons. A fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall accompany each requested report. (Ord. 1976-28. Passed 4-6-76.)
