(a) Any person desiring a copy of an ordinance, resolution, minutes or other document delineated as a public record under Ohio R.C. 149.43 may secure such from the Clerk-Treasurer.
(b) The Clerk-Treasurer shall be authorized to reproduce copies of such documents upon request.
(c) The Clerk-Treasurer shall collect a copying and processing fee from the person requesting the document; such fee shall be computed on the basis of fifty cents ($0.50) per page for each copy requested. Certified copies shall be computed at one dollar ($1.00) per page.
(d) Any interested party or his agent, attorney or other authorized representative may secure copies of traffic accident reports by requesting same from the police officer in charge at the Police Department; each request shall be in writing and signed by the requesting party on forms made available and prescribed by the Chief of Police.
(1) The police officer in charge at the Police Department shall be authorized to reproduce copies of a traffic accident report upon receipt of a written request.
(2) The police officer in charge at the Police Department shall collect a copying and processing fee from the person requesting this traffic accident report in the amount of three dollars ($3.00) per page.
(e) All sums collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the General Fund.
