The monetary penalties (fines) for all parking violations, except a snow emergency parking violation, shall be set as follows:
(a) Fifteen dollars ($15.00) if paid within twenty-four (24) hours.
(b) Twenty dollars ($20.00) if paid within forty-eight (48) hours.
(c) Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) if paid after forty-eight (48) hours.
