(a) No person shall stand or park a truck, trailer or semitrailer exceeding a gross weight of three and one-half tons on any street or residential property within the Village for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious unloading and delivery or pick up and loading of materials. (b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
