139.14 AMBULANCE BILLING RATES.
   The Village shall charge for ambulance and emergency medical services in accordance with the following rate schedule:
 
   (a)   For Advanced Life Support I (ALS I):   $650.00
   (b)   For Advanced Life Support II (ALS II):   $800.00
   (c)   For Basic Life Support (BLS):   $550.00
   (d)   Mileage Transport Per Loaded Mile:   $15.00
