131.05 GRANT APPLICATIONS AND REPORTING.
   (a)   Any grant application seeking grant funding in an amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) or more must be approved by Council prior to submission.
   (b)   Whenever possible, the Mayor or Mayor's designee shall endeavor to notify Council not less than ninety (90) days prior to submission of its intent to submit a grant application, and provide Council with applicable documents and information relating to the source of grant funding and the applicable program or request.
   (c)   The receipt of all grant funding must be acknowledged and approved by Council.
   (d)   The Mayor or designee shall be required to submit a monthly report to Council to include a summary of the status of all pending grant applications and programs for which grants have been applied for or received, and shall be obligated to comment on that Report during the Mayor's Report to Council at its Council Meetings.
