Whoever violates any provision of this Part Thirteen - Building Code, or the adopted Housing Maintenance Code or Ohio Building Code, or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder, or fails to comply therewith or with any written notice or written order issued thereunder, or whoever interferes with, obstructs or hinders the Building Commissioner or his authorized representatives while attempting to make inspections, provided that either consent has been given or an administrative search warrant obtained, where not otherwise specifically provided for, shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six (6) months, or both. Each day such violation occurs or continued shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2018-21. Passed 4-17-18.)
