(a) The following fees shall be paid for examination of plans for architectural review by the Planning Commission.
One-, Two- and Three-Family Dwellings

(b) Fees for architectural review are for two (2) appearances before the Planning Commission. There shall be a twenty-five dollar $25.00) fee for the third and each subsequent appearance.
(c) Applicants requesting a special meeting for project review shall be assessed a fee of two hundred dollars.
